Nazley Khan is the Principal of Blackstone Legal, with more than 20 years of experience advising and representing clients in complex commercial litigation, insolvency, corporate advisory, and employment law matters.

She has acted for multinational corporations, ASX-listed entities, BRW Top 500 businesses, and high-net-worth individuals, regularly appearing before the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of NSW, and various tribunals. Her litigation and advisory work spans commercial and private disputes, business and property transactions, corporate structuring, and strategic risk management.

Nazley’s experience includes acting for businesses and individuals in litigation matters, liquidators and trustees in insolvency and restructuring matters, as well as advising businesses on transactions, governance, and compliance. She is known for her resilient and pragmatic approach, combining deep legal expertise with commercial insight to deliver clear, outcome-focused solutions. With strong international networks, Nazley regularly assists organisations seeking to expand into Australia and overseas markets including MENA and Asia. Her experience in market entry, investor relations, and cross-border advisory ensures clients receive practical, commercially focused solutions when navigating new and complex markets.

Alongside her legal practice, Nazley contributes to business and community networks as a Board Member and industry advisor, and teaches as a sessional academic at UNSW and UWS.
